Poor design

I am really upset with this product. The hose has just snapped right at the wand, I repaired it and it did it again in another place. I would not buy any products with this stiff hose that seems to be brittle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great product, only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is it’s somewhat loud and water can make a slight mess. Despite those 2 things, I would definitely recommend this item!
