The product works great. It's my second unit. I was disappointed that my first unit the rubber hose pierced a hole somehow and water was shooting out. The product quality could be greater but it does its function great.

I bought this particular model because it included a travel kit. My husband uses the kit daily. My dentist recommended periodontal scraping which I am not eager to do. Instead I use the waterpik and feel almost certain it will solve the problem! Very happy with my purchase and thinking of buying another for my husband.

This is the second or third Water pic I've owned over the years. So much better than flossing and my dental checkups have all been good ever since I started faithfully using my water pic every night. Last year I bought one for each of my three children. My son-in-law no longer has gum problems. I'll never be without one. Just love the travel size unit that came with full-size unit when I bought mine at Costco.
