You've got to get one of these. Easy to use and gets things a toothbrush can't get. Start on the lower settings first so that your gums and get used to the force of the water. Then gradually go to higher settings. Love it.

I love the way all the food caught in between my teeth come out quickly and efficiently with little effort on my part. Power 10 is very strong and works well however it is too strong for my mouth as I started to get soar gums. Power 5 or 6 is what I use now and am hoping it will be kind to my gums.
