I bought my waterpik one and a half months ago. I was very satisfied with it until the pause botton on the handle stopped working. I called and had a new handle sent to me. I am happy to have it working again.

This product was recommended by our dentist, and we have been glad to add it to our dental care at home. The product arrived as described and does what it's supposed to do. Good design except for the cord attaching the pik to the machine--a bit too short and curly. Otherwise-great.

Everyday food particles get stuck in my teeth and I need this special irrigator to flush out those food pieces and particles. It makes me confident when I smile because I know there is nothing stuck between my teeth and my breath has been cleansed as well. This is a very good for health hygiene.

I had little problem controlling it at first but whose i got the hang of it it was easy. It little loud but it worked fine, and was really fun to use. I used it like 5 times the day i got it.Overall it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Good job waterpik
