This is my third Waterpik in several years. I've always been happy with the water flosser so when my previous one died after many years of use, I bought a new one in March. Sadly, it only worked for three months then just totally stopped. Eagerly waiting for a replacement. This is normally a great product and has helped my gum health immensely. Highly recommend it's use.
