Gets the job done so far..watch out you don't flick the insertion lock collar 'cause you'll spray water..a bit too easy to unlock accidentally. "90 second" water reservoir only at lower pressure settings.

I like the idea of using this to further clean around my dental work, not sure if I am seeing any results yet, until my next checkup. Downside: I still floss so I spend more time brushing,flossing, etc. It still makes one heck of a mess in my bathroom.
