I love how thin it is and it truly looks like a picture frame on the wall. Love all the different artwork and how it changes with the seasons. So happy with my purchase

Samsung Has Outperformed Again

This TV is amazing and has unbelievable quality. We also use it as our home decor! It makes for a great conversation piece when friends and family ask.

GREAT TV Terrible remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stream and cast with absolutely no problems at all. I have lost apps once but it is electronics and things happen.
VERY happy and impressed with the quality of the pic and the audio is also great (even without a sound bar).
However, this remote is the worst! Have to point at the tv and you better have your arm raised and lift a left foot for it to work! Pressing the roll portion almost always moves the cursor 2 sections and not just once. Help us loyal customers and create a remote that doesn’t need to point at tv!

Great TV, looks and performs amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had not heard of the Frame previously and was looking for a VERY thin TV for our renovated living room---one that you see the side of right when you walk in the front door....I didn't want a bulky, black, sticking-out box to great people when the walked in.
In searching for a thin TV I came upon The Frame and was blown away by the design and art functionality. I knew it would be perfect! We basically designed the whole main wall and wall unit of our living room around the TV. We added white bezel and it is perfect.
It's a great TV for watching and many guests have no idea that it is anything BUT art hanging on the wall.

Better than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I long wanted this TV and when I finally purchased it my desires were more than satisfied! Installation was simple and while it requires two people to do, there is nothing difficult about it. I already had a set with the one connect box so I knew I would like it, but this set with its almost magical single cable connection is the best. I know there are sets with better resolution, but this one is more than adequate for my eyes. Smart features work great, and the shortcut buttons make switching between streaming services a breeze. The screen has ample art choices, but I wish there were more. I am looking to reduce my subscriptions, so not much interested in signing up for yet another. I can't imagine replacing this set with anything other than another one...Perhaps, a bigger screen size!

A Great Display If You Use It for Its Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For displaying artwork, paintings, etc., it is perfect. For watching action movies, sports, or gaming, I would not recommend it. If you're patient enough to configure every usage scenario, it would be better.
The Frame display series is designed to be left on for long periods at a time. The library of art and paintings are vast. You can buy different frame styles in different colors to match your decor. This makes a great piece in your living room or entry way. However, the monthly subscription of the artwork is too expensive for me. I really wish it were more affordable.
The Frame display series does not look great in home theater settings nor should it be used for gaming, in my opinion.
Pros: remote control is sleek and rechargeable, can look like a painting and looks very elegant, wide variety of frame materials, styles, and colors to match your home decor.
Cons: expensive for what it is. Does not look great for fast action movies. Art subscription is way too expensive.

No longer a black hole on my wall
