Looks Great, Interface is pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Frame TVs in my house as i love the slim profile and hiding the components behind the wall / below. The two issues i have had is one tv the backlight went out just after about 16 months and the second is the apps seem to get stuck after about a month and require hard restarts to get them back working. This is a problem across most smart TVs.

Excellent blend of Tech and Art

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seamless Art like flat QLED; Installation was easy and under 30 minutes. Controls are intuitive and quick with remote. Energy consumption is good. Integrated with Samsung soundbar and subwoofer provided a Movie like sound quality and viewing experience above what was expected.

FRUSTRATED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased 2 Samsung TV's and a Samsung dishwasher. We have a small 2nd home where last year we purchased 3 Samsung TV's. On our 65" Frame TV we just bought, we get weekly requests to sign up for our FREE 2 year art subscription. Yet it doesn't exist. When I call your company ( 2 times now) You tell me I'm not qualified. Well, then quit asking us to take advantage of it. 5 TV's and 1 dishwasher in 1 year and We're not qualified. We do like the Frame TV and own 2 of them. Thanks Frustrated

This product works nice in my space but has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung frame to have a low profile tv and picture frame in my bedroom. Our previous TV took a lot of space. At first the frame was pretty nice to use. I decided to go ahead and pay the gallery subscription to have access to more art work.
My wife loves being able to pick out seasonal images to have hanging in our room. Downsides are that the controls on the bottom seem to operate in a way that always leads my kids to turn it on when I am changing them on the table right infront of the TV. Also the frame seems to have a constant issue where it will alert you that there is an optimization required, this usually happens right when you start using the frame and it is basically inoperable for 5 minutes doing some optimization that never seems to solve the issue.

This TV has smart things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart things has made this tv my top 10 favorites im able to turn it on and off with my phone as well as watch all my favorite things that are on my phone directly on the tv with out having to transfer anything or download any new apps.
I recommend this product for anyone who is new to the advanced technology of 2025. Im still getting used to the tech. Easy to use and easier to figure out with AIs help mode.
