I purchased my Frame TV in November 2024. My only regret is that I did not purchase it sooner. I absolutely LOVE my Frame TV.

Having a few regrets. The TV randomly chimes when streaming. The audio randomly goes up and down during shows which is something our TV never did before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with The Frame TV. This chiming noise is due to Tap View being enabled on your TV. To disable this, please perform the following steps:

1) On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines).
2) Select Settings and scroll to Tap View. Tap the switch to turn it on.

Better than my high expectations

So....unexpectedly way better than I expected. I really thought it would be great but I have a bright room. The matte diminished the reflection to a degree I did not expect.
Sound quality is great and the ease of installation with the frame is great.

Great TV, but subscription problems are a headache

Love the picture and quality. The TV is ALMOST everything I wanted. It was supposed to come with 2 years of the free art subscription. Instead, my code worked for 30 days and despite any calls and emails between my husband and Samsung, the issue is still not resolved. If I want art, I have to format and upload my own pictures, or pay out of pocket for what should be free... For 2 years.

The best TV I have owned

But what really sets the Samsung Frame apart is its Art Mode. Instead of a black screen when it's off, it displays beautiful artwork, transforming the TV into a canvas. Whether it's a painting, photograph, or my own images, the quality of the art on the screen is stunning, and it makes my space feel so much more sophisticated.

or work with the art supplied. I can change the pictures anytime I want.
We like the feature if the screen is dark and you have it set when you walk
by it comes on automatically or have on all the time. We have gotten nothing
but compliments from our friends. Before i buy i do my research.
My friends have the 85 in this model they love it.
my advice is don't hesitate in buying.

I had an issue with my old sound bar. it would connect and then just drop out. I purchased a newer sound bar and the drop out issue seems to have gone away. I wish there was a better way to arrange the home screen and a better default for the unit when it 1st comes up.
