Nick TV, BUT 1. The 2 year trial subscription took many tries to activate. The activation codes given were not accepted. Finally I got one to go through but got an e-mail stating that I had a paid subscription. I reported it, provided the requested information and was informed that my case had been escalated or elevated or something. I have heard nothing and am being billed. 2. I can't get the art function to turn off. It worked as it should for a while. I tried all the settings... but it stays on all night (in my bedroom).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean Look

We chose the Samsung Frame TVs because of their sleek, stealthy look when mounted on the wall. As we were moving into a new home, we had the foresight to install electrical outlets, cable, and ethernet connections about 5 feet off the floor during the framing process—perfectly positioned for each TV. One of my wife’s key preferences was that she didn’t want to see the side of a TV mount when entering a room.
With seven TVs to install, I knew four would be placed downstairs, visible from the side as you entered each room. That’s when I discovered the Samsung Frame TV. These TVs hug the wall so closely that most of our friends, who weren’t familiar with them, thought they were just large pieces of art.
While there is some work involved behind the TV during installation, the result is well worth it for the clean, minimalist look. I also purchased custom frames to complement the decor and complete the aesthetic of each room. The picture quality is impressive, and overall, we’re very happy with how the Frame TV elevates the look of our space.

We have been using the tv for about a month and like it. The picture and sound are good and we enjoy the art work when the tv is off. Biggest negative is that it was supposed to include a 2 year subscription to the art store but I never figured out how to redeem it. Looks like I'm only getting 3 months free. Also a bit disappointed that the optional frame was so expensive for such a small profile frame.

Art Store Coupon Doesn’t Work

Super frustrating trying to redeem the 1 year free art subscription. This does not work! I have been trying for months and my emails have gone unanswered. When I follow these steps I get an expired message. I would gladly buy an annual subscription if the promised first year free actually worked.

I bought this at Christmas time 2024 , did not know what to expect other than what I read on line , what a surprise once I had it installed , the picture is very clear and crisp , looks extra nice once I got a very nice frame put around it to , it looks like hanging Art work on the wall
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the bucks.

I really do like the television. The picture is sharp. It functions without any problems. But its too pricey. And then you have to buy a "picture frame" to make it look like a picture thats been framed. And I inadvertently ordered two subscriptions for the art gallery and Samsung has given me the biggest run around and has not refunded one of my subscriptions. Not even offered to extend another year. So yea, not happy with the whole shabang.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TV keeps turning off every 15 mins by itself. I've factory reset it twice

It’s unfortunate to hear your TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

If the TV continues to turn off by itself, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.
