Great added features!

Finding extra features on my new 1040 to give me more insight to my training and my attempt to bring my body back to pre-incident days. I don't recommend getting hit by a car, but I do recommend this computer.

Works well sometimes

After using for one week it seems to lose contact with the cadence sensor during the ride. I put a new battery in the sensor but it didn't help. Two times it wouldn't power off which I guess is a known problem. If you want to live with these problems buy one otherwise buy a Wahoo at half the price.

Amazing tool

It has been the greatest addition to my cycling kit it has a lot of features and the real time stamina helps you to be in control of your power delivery while keeping up with the rest of the peloton it can be a little tricky to configure but it has a lot of features (more than l can handle at the moment) but once you get used to the screen configuration you'll realize that this computer is the best on top of the 100~hr battery with the solar charging feature. Accuracy is top notch

Garmin GPS units are incredibly intuitive. Moving up to the 1040S created an assumption that life was about to get more complicated. Not at all! Love this GPS
