My biggest complaint was the state of the package when it arrived. The package looked to be in good shape but inside the various parts were scattered outside of the original product box. Fortunately, the panels are functioning properly and in satisfied with the performance to date.

I was motivated to try this solar solution to end getting up on a ladder every 6 weeks to recharge the battery, a 4-5 hour process. I am 72 and relying on my daughter for help. It works beautifully. I highly recommend it.
