Bought this for my autistic son who LOVES Santa and Legos. Should have known that a set this small with 343 pieces meant a lot of super tiny parts, but not a big deal. Also, I kind of expected 8 or 9 reindeer but no problem there either. My only real issue is when we went to give it to our son. He said Santas scary. He won’t touch the set or let us display it. I hope this doesn’t ruin Santa or Legos for him. You guys couldn’t make a happy looking Santa? Thanks.
I am very happy that I managed to get a cheap enough set that includes a Santa mini figure. When finished, this set is hard to fly. This will make a great addition to my Lego city.
My 8yo daughter and I built Santa’s sleigh together. I picked out the pieces and she followed the instructions. She builds a couple of sets a year and enjoys the build more than playing with them. My daughter loved having Santa and his reindeer check in on our progress. She was disappointed the set didn’t come with an elf but it’s a minor complaint. We built it in one sitting but she was getting a little antsy at the end.
I am new builder and had a little trouble with the instructions. This was a fun set to build. It would be nice to have 8 reindeer but it's still a fun set. I loved all the toys and treats.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Welcome to the LEGO® family! We're happy to help builders of any skill level through the instructions at LEGO.build/Service-BV if you ever hit a speedbump (or snowbank). You'll also find digital instructions for all of our latest sets over at LEGO.build/BI-BV if that's easier!
Lego should have checked their reindeer list TWICE

To quote Clement Moore (my ALL CAPS for emphasis): "When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a miniature sleigh, and EIGHT tiny reindeer" and: "And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name: “Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! Now, Prancer and Vixen! On, COMET! on, CUPID! on, DONDER and BLITZEN!
I like the set, but there were two things that I did not care for: Santa’s expression is not jolly. Maybe he’s at the end of his trip and is tired and cranky, but he needs to suck it up and smile! The reindeer fill-in bricks don’t really go together tightly. That’s one of the things I’ve always liked about Lego.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for letting us know how much fun you had building the Santa's Sleigh. We’re sorry it’s not quite how you’d like it, but your feedback will help us make improvements in future sets.
