We bought this set to complement our growing Holiday village. It has a lot of cute details and delivers mail from our Holiday Post Office.. The kids love the box on the back as it opens up. They like to store the little packages back there or pretend a bad guy jumps out and try to take over Santa's village.
The Holiday village sets are way better than the ceramic houses my parents had. The kids (and me) can play with our display and we can smash it, store it all in a single box, and rebuild it each year. So much fun!

Fun addition to this year's big Christmas set

My sister always buys me the big LEGO Christmas set for my birthday. I was disappointed that the postal truck was not included, so I bought it myself. That it is also a tool shop was a very pleasant surprise.
My only negative comment is that the stickers page was all crunched up, so I had to flatten it under a pile of books overnight before I could continue building.
Santa's delivery truck is now cruising into Santa's post office, on display in my living area. It is also adjacent to last year's big set of an alpine inn. One of my very favorite parts of holidays is building Christmas LEGOs!
