Stopped working after about a year

This broke after about a year. I would have a blinking red light error and couldn't find any solutions across the internet. This is apparently a common issue if you look it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I just bought this machine after my Vertuo Next stopped working and I decided to forgo sending it back in to most likely never get repaired. I purchase this machine due to its smaller size and ability to make larger sizes of coffee than my old Next. This machine is a disappointment in quality. It does not have the same quality aesthetic as my chrome Next, it has plastic parts where my Next had metal and it is so loud when making coffee! My husband said it sounds like a lawn trimmer. Despite this, the coffee it brewed was good and hot. However, I am going to return this machine due to its overall aesthetic and part concerns so that I can buy either a more basic model and forgo the larger size pod capability :( or splurge on the Latissima. My concern with the Latissma is that I can see it has the same locking mechanism as the Next which was always difficult to shut, it has plastic vs metal parts that I saw in the online video, and people say the milk froth isn’t hot enough. Also, I’m concerned these newer models are not going to last if they have cheapened their manufacturing like so many companies have done post COVID due to supply chain issues, inflation, freight and labor cost increases. It’s an unfortunate time we live in right now.

Save your money and buy the bigger one instead

So I would recommend saving your money and buying the bigger machine. This one is poorly designed. Coffee catchers under the pod dispenser and spills everything I clean it. Finicky in general. I loved my bigger one though.

Modern and cute!

We are very pleased with this machine. It has effectively repaced our antique Italian espresso machine, which makes fa bulous espresso but is a hassle to use, The coffee varieties are an added bonus, as we don't have to figure out the various quirks of grinds, water temperatures, etc. it is small, convenient, and attractive. All good!

Terrible experience

I bought this machine in July 2025.
It has been a nightmare. It only brews about 1/2 to 2/3 a cup before blinking red. I have run every diagnostic on Nespresso site and watched every relevant Youtube video trying to trouble shoot. Now it is leaking from underneath. A puddle accumulates on the counter every time I try to brew a cup of coffee. I wish I could post photos and videos to demonstrate what we are dealing with when try to make coffee.

Small but mighty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a small apartment and have very limited counter space. I love the Nespresso machines but it seems like most of them take up a lot of space. This machine has solved that issue! Love the size and it definitely does not lack power! I love that I can make an espresso shot, double espresso, regular cup of coffee or iced coffee from this one machine. The water tank is easy to refill and is good for a couple cups of coffee before you have to refill it. I only drink one coffee per day so this is perfect for me. If you are looking for great tasting espresso/coffee and don’t have a ton of counter space you can’t go wrong with this machine! Very satisfied!

Garbage.

I purchased this machine a couple months ago, and regrated from day one.
For some reason water doesn't get through the coffee grains. Lots of wasted coffee pods!!
