Great coffee in no time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had the machine for a long time, but so far I love it, makes great espresso and very quickly, love how easy it is to operate, the only complaint I have so far is that the machine being very light, when you close the lid you need to hold it in place or it will move, but overall I really like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful functionality

I received a machine that was defective and kept spilling over the coffee into the back where the wires were. Got it replaced through the warranty problem and the second brand new machine also did the same thing. Not only is it dangerous and almost caused an electrical

Such a let down

I have owned this for a few months and the mechanism that picks up the pod and deposits it into the bin rarely works. It’s also the messiest machine. I always find spills underneath the machine. It can also be very loud and rattles at times. I completely regret buying this crappy machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee Quality but Troublesome Troubleshoot

I purchased this machine a while ago because I wanted something compact and simple, and I'm not a heavy coffee drinker—I only use it about four times a month. For me, that’s perfect; I enjoy knowing I can make a good cup of coffee whenever I feel like it. The quality of coffee is great, no question about that. However, I’ve run into some issues with the machine, despite my limited use.
Since it only has one button, it can be hard to diagnose problems when something goes wrong. For example, when a red light appears, I usually have to try several different solutions before I can figure out what’s wrong and fix it. This can be frustrating because it’s not always clear what the issue is. Even though there’s an app, it doesn’t give specific troubleshooting guidance, which I think would be very helpful, especially for a one-button machine like this.
I have seen reviews mentioning that the machine is loud, and it definitely is, but for me, the quality of the coffee makes up for that. Overall, I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something small and stylish that consistenly delivers great coffee. But for anyone considering it, just know that if it stops working, you may have to go through a bit of trial and error to get it running again. I really hope Nespresso considers enhancing the app to provide clearer guidance on what each error light means in the future.
