Awesome little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy all the variety of flavors and serving sizes that this machine provides. We have a previous model, and this one is even better. The use of space is better; the lock is more secure, and the pod-eject is heavier duty. Seems like small things, but the improvements are make a very functional machine even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good footprint, but not that much smaller on the countertop than a full sized machine. Brews well, just like its big sisters. Great price point to enter the Vertuo universe.

Disappointed

I bought this machine 2 months ago and I don’t like the mechanism at all, not even a little. I have to literally force shut the top of the machine where you insert the coffee pod using two hands. It’s not a smooth closure at all and feel like the machine will eventually weaken and break. I’m so disappointed because I truly believe in the brand and very much enjoy their coffee.
I really wish I had only bought the original machine I owned for seven years and never had an issue… I had the Virtuo vintage classic machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
