Falls Apart even without the potting soil added

The planters arrived on time and in good shape. I assembled them according to the instructions. After the boxes sat in the backyard for a few days, I went out to add potting soil. Much to my surprise, the planters were falling apart! The screws had sliced through the wood in the joints and the planters were barely standing. And this happened without the addition of any weight. I am very disappointed. I would like a refund.

Wish It Was Better Quality

We LOVED this when we got it, assembled it and planted our flowers and veggies. Unfortunately it continues to fall apart. We added extra screws but the wood is so soft and cheap that it ripped the wood. I contacted customer service and never heard back. Hopefully it’s a better experience for you!
