Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll have to admit; I was a bit intimidated by this machine being a novice sewer. I wasn't even sure how a Serger works. That said, I went on the website and asked for video instructions that helped me immensely. I also asked a friend who has been a professional sewer for decades for some guidance. She found it easy to thread and similar to her machine. She was impressed by with just a press of a button, a blast of air sends the thread through the loopers. She was amazed at how it self-threads as well. My vision isn't that great, so this is a game-changer for me. This machine can cut and finish seams and loops the threads for a professional seam. It is great for all types of fabrics. You can actually do up to 1300 stitches per minute which is awesome. I love the cutting knife that trims the edges. I am so excited to get started with my first project and learn more about this machine.

Great little machine for beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great for beginners. Comes assembled and already pre threaded. For me since I am new to this it is still a bit confusing for me especially trying to put thread back into the automatic thread feeder but I am getting the hang of it. It threads really fast. Comes with very clear instructions. A little advice is slowly press the foot peddle do not push on it to hard until you get the hang of it because it really takes off and if your not holding the material correctly the thread will go in at a slant. There are videos you can watch online as well with others showing you how to work and use it which has been a big help for me because I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I started but it really is a great machine. It is easy to store in a closet or you could keep out on a desk. Has some weight to it so it is not the lightest machine but also not heavy to where someone would struggle to lift. Highly recommend. Machine is very well made. Great quality machine great quality pieces

Brother Air1800 Air Serger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Changing thread colors has never been easier with the one touch looper threading air technology. No more squinting one eye to try to get the thread through the needle. It's as easy as pressing a button with this machine. The burst of air accurately threaded my needle every time. The Brother Air1800 creates professional quality seams and is extremely easy to use...even for a beginner. I'm currently using it on a quilt and it has already saved me time when compared to using a traditional sewing machine. Although I haven't used it at full speed yet, it can sew up to 1400 stiches in a minute! I'm looking forward to testing out the Brother Air1800 Air Serger on a variety of projects in the future. I appreciate that on Brother's website, there are several fun idea including an infinity scarf and pencil case!

Sweet little machine!

This little machine is amazing!! I’m really a beginner when it comes to sewing machines so this has features that blow my mind. It has air technology. I mean what? This changes your threads At the push of a button with a burst of air. Amazing! This makes it so much easier to change the thread colors. The thread guides let you use four different threads simultaneously with one or two needles. Has differential feed ratio of 0.7 MM to 2.0mm. I’m not really sure about what that means but I am so eager to use this machine and find out. It has one touch needle threading and it has a great safety feature, a safety sensor and error LED that when the fabric cover or the front cover is open or if the presser foot is raised then the serger will not work and the LED light will come on. It has a really nice brightly lit work area that is really easy on the eyes when you’re sewing. You can finish off your project with different stitches on specialty fabrics and stretchy materials. This adds decorative touches and makes your projects look professional when you’re finished. It’s a really cute little machine. The sound level is minimal. Just the standard sewing machine sound. Easy to use. I have been having a ball playing with this machine and sewing up beginner items like pillows, tote bags for the camp. I’m a beginner and I love this machine. If you’re a professional you will fall head over heels!!

Air-Powered threading where have you been?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to add Brother AIR1800 3/4 Thread Air Serger with Air-powered Threading to my sewing routine. It is so easy to use and change multiple colors with the easy air-powered threader along with adequate lighting that is easy on eyes with dark fabric. Finish looks with Flatlock, Overlock, and Rolled Hem even on stretchy material. On the rolled hem there is a switch that activates and deactivates the cutting knife before the edge is wrapped. I cant wait to see all the masterpieces I can come up with. This is a game changer!

Love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a beginner whenever it comes to sewing, but after having a few kids there’s always a need to fix an article of clothing or simply making them their Halloween Costumes for this upcoming Season.
Well, I’ve recently started to learn how to operate a sewing machine and let me tell you this one is absolutely amazing! It’s been treating me well so far with its outstanding stitching, and the quality of the device is excellent.
This sewing machine has been super user-friendly, and has amazing features that I love. One being, the threading ports are super easy to switch out thread colors simply with the push of a button! The thread guides also make it very easy to stay keep control of your threads so they don’t get out of line.
Overall, I am super pleased with this machine and I cannot wait to see where my creative mind takes me!
