Product was very nice and as advertised. I thought the finish might be a bit thin or fragile, but I used it outside and gave it some abuse and it held up fine. So very happy with the purchase.

Disappointed

You cannot have a drain hole and be able to add sand for weight. The bottom of planter is marked to allow drilling of a drain hole through the double wall but it does not have a separation within the double wall, so when you drill the hole you are then not able to add sand through the wall as it will fall out the drain hole. There should have been a separation for the "marked" spot for drilling the drain hole. Now I have a useless planter.

Can't have Drainage and Sand Both

I am disappointed that the description never states that if you drill the drainage hole you cannot add sand to the double wall for weight. The sand falls thru the drainage hole. It should be clearly stated that you have to choose one or the other.

I have large free roaming pet tortoises in my backyard so gardening in pots is a must. So far I only have two of these lovely 24"pots but the butterfly bush and the lilac bush I have planted in them are doing beautifully. Even full of soil and plants they are easy to move if I decide the orginal spot was not the right one. The plan is to add eight more by the end of summer.

These pots make a great container garden when you drill the bottom hole out. We used the 24" and 16" for our garden.
