LOVE THE STICKS

Bought these two months a go, the attachments to put them together broke, had to remove them. the suction parts (Female and some male ends) the female part is to hard, they are not rubber unless it is 80 degrees or so, I live in UP state NY it was 50 degrees out could not get them a part. they broke. will try to get new ones.

Very disappointed, "cups" that pack sticks together DO NOT come apart and broke the FIRST use on the first hunt!! No answer from several emails to Hawk through GSM Outdoors. Function correctly as climbing sticks but let down immediately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sticks are well designed and function as such. The socket adapter pieces that allow the sticks to “lock” to one another break, but I don’t really card for them anyway. A softer rubber material on those would probably function better. I added aiders to mine and am able to reach 15’ with 3 sticks.

male suction cup ends broke off but i took a drimmel cone put it on a drill and buffed out the lip on the female end now they pull apart

Solid stick

I hunted these sticks for one deer season. Had over 30 sits using them. Overall the sticks work well. I love the double sticks that can fold up when hiking in the woods. It also makes it easy to climb up and down the tree in the dark. Only problem I had with the sticks is the stacking system or button system. At times they were very hard to pull apart. About half way through deer season multiple of the buttons were so stuck that they broke off the climbing stick. Was still able to keep them tight enough with straps to not rattle around when hiking in and out. If the button system was improved it would be a great stick for mobile hunters.

Have several and loved the steps. This company cost reduced the straps and eliminated the buckle replacing it with sewn loops for adjustment. Impossible to quickly set up now. I switched to lone wolf & summit.

The sticks are good but the straps that came with it are almost useless, difficult to get tight. One end of the straps has an elastic loop and the other no loop so you have to be good at tying knots to get tight. First time trying to climb the bottom kicked out when I go to the top step causing me to fall and hang from my lineman rope. Had to grab some ratchet straps out of my truck to secure to the tree safely. Straps I received do not match any product pictures I’ve seen or instructions in the manual. With decent straps these would get 5 stars.
