[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this mosquito zapper to work. However I don’t think it is working as well as I had hoped. This is a new technology so I’m not sure how it is supposed to work, so I am hopeful that as the season brings more mosquitoes I will find out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a PIC - Portable Insect Killer Lantern from Tryit Sampling as a free sample. I like the look of the lantern and it has 2 settings. One is like a fake fire and the other is just a light. It hasn't done alot for the bugs but it looks nice

a life saver for camping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first camping trip was a mess a fly swarmed everywhere. I needed something to help if I was ever to go camping again. I found this and it has saved my life. I never go camping with out it now. It helps minimize the number if flys and mosquitoes so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this and really like it. I does kill the bugs. Works good. The only problem is the solar part. But after it charges its great. Living in the south be have many many bugs and this keeps them away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to use when ever I'm outside. I like that its not to big or to small. It is solar powered. I like that it has two different light options. I like that I can put it I. The middle of the table and it doesn't take up to much space

Insect Lantern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several uses to see if this lantern truly kills bugs, I am happy to say it is absolutely effective, but as a deterrent. You can use either the flashing yellow (faux fire) or solid white light and both work equally well. This lantern works within at least a 6 foot radius and causes mosquitos to go elsewhere. Within a few minutes of turning the lantern off, mosquitos were flocking to my bare arms. This lantern works as a deterrent which I appreciate more than it killing bugs leaving them for food for other wildlife. Additionally, because it works more as a deterrent there is very little (if any) clean up involved in discarding of dead bugs. Also, you don't have to worry about spraying harmful chemicals on yourself and your clothes. Overall, I absolutely recommend this lantern!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Portable Insect Killer Lantern is a must have, especially in Texas where we have serious mosquito issues. The lantern is solar powered but works wonderfully. The only downside is that it Requires 6 hours in direct sunlight prior to use .
