Have had the smart ring for the past 2 weeks for specifically tracking my sleep. As advertised it’s been doing a great job. Wasn’t sure about wearing the ring throughout the day but it has been comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery life went down to a few hours after two weeks of use.
