Using these bands has been great at enhancing my workouts. The gym I have access to doesn't have any cable stations even though there are some benches, pull up bars, barbells and dumbbells. So these bands have come in handy to add resistance training to my routines. Love the ease of being able to detach the handles and switching around the resistance. The kit comes in a sling bag, but it can be a little heavy by themselves so be prepared for that if you're planning on carrying it around with you in your gym bag.All in all I'm very satisfied with these and would recommend to anyone looking to add some resistance training to their workouts.

Light and easily portable. Can cover all main muscle groups. Would be great to have extra door clips so don’t have to readjust when switching exercises.

These are really high quality bands. They appear to be resilient, not likely to stretch out over time. The grips are comfortable. Really happy with the purchase.

Great set. Great quality. I use them several times a week and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I actually have two of these sets and the GoFit RAB bar. All together it makes a full gym setup that doesn't dissapoint!

its great. I live in the tropics and its better than weights (which quickly rust) in our environment. I have done weight lifting for 40 years.

The bands are heavy duty and aren’t cheap like the ones you see being promoted like crazy on social media. Their on the pricy side but 100% worth it. You definitely get what you pay for.
