Performs well for its size and intended use

These are my initial thoughts and 1 week ownership notes.
• I typically carry a Gerber Dime (in pocket) and Leatherman Wave (in bag), but this tool is a not in either of those classes, so it is unfair to make direct comparisons but I used them as reference. You really have to keep in mind its size and intended use.
• Fit and finish - The fit and finish seems very good for the price point. No major flaws, everything lines up well. Belt clip has good tension and hold the tool well to a pocket.
• Size/weight/feel - This is where this tool really seems to shine. It is not too heavy or too big to easily slip into a pocket or worn in a small sheath. It fits in hand well, striking a nice balance between small tools that almost have to be used with the thumb and 2 fingers, and full size tools that are bulky at times.
• Basic functionality - The tools, while smaller than traditional, are just that much bigger than a compact size tool that they are much more functional. The opening and closing of the mechanical action is so fluid I find myself just opening and closing it repeatedly like a stress toy. The tools seem to want to deploy a little too easily, almost on their own, to the point where I tightened the screws a bit to stiffen it up. Once open, the locking mechanism is reassuring that there will be no accidental closings.
• Pliers - While not spring loaded, they open and close smoothly, and have good pressure, due to that mechanical action. The jaws are a good size for reasonable size tasks, much more functional in day to day then a pocket tool. The cutters do have a tight overlap and snapped a paper clip in half effortlessly.
• Bit holder - I so want to love this feature, but you need to figure out a way to carry the bits. In the small sheath I have they can sit in the bottom without too much trouble, but to carry them when the tool is in pocket doesnt really work out well. Someone might come up with a handy solution, but the functionality of this feature is lacking in that regard.
• Knife - Straight edged, sharp, and functional. Not much more to say. We'll see over time if it keeps it edge well.
• Scissors - They are not the best out there by any means. Mine tended to have too much overlap, so they needed a little tweak to make them work smoothly. Here's one point that I feel it gets unfair reviews - They are in ratio to the size of the tool so don't expect to cut more than 1/4-1/2" at a time, also don't expect to cut thick materials without it being a large effort and uncomfortable to your fingers, it's just a limitation of the size.
• Serrated blade - I quickly cut through some 3/8" nylon rope with this blade. Not much else to say about it.
• File - I have not put this too much of a test on anything but a thumbnail, but that test was proof enough that this file is not going to be of much use.
• Can opener/bottle opener - Are what they are. I wish that the bottle opener end was shaped to be a 1/8" sized flat head instead of the little nipple on it to pick it open with your finger.
• Philips/flat head - The Philips is a #1 size, simple single purpose. The flathead is a bigger jewelers size, not exactly in ratio with the philips, and too small/skinny to use for any prying.
• Awl - its got a point to it, have not tried to use it but seems to be a pretty strong tool.
• Rope/box cutter - Another tool I have not really used yet, pretty sharp, cut paracord fairly easily if you get the right angle.
• Measuring tape - Is what it is, about as useful as any other tool that has them.
Protractor - This is a neat feature, not sure how often one would need it, but it is really hard to read. One size of my tool has almost tan writing, the other is white, both require bright and direct light and squinting to see.

Compact powerhouse

Great little tool, perfect price, and smaller than I expected — however, its still as functional as the full-sized PowerAccess, for example. Provides a ton of function for its size and you can carry it everywhere without even having to worry about weight. It's either on me or in my pack everywhere I go. Definitely a 'recommend' from me.

I am an early adopter, having preordered the PowerPint almost as soon as it was announced. I have been using it for a couple of months, and wouldn't be without it! It's the first thing I pick up in the morning. .Some highlights:
The blade is thin enough that I can effectively use it as a boxcutter. Takes an edge well.
I love the cord cutter! I use it every day to open hay bales with plastic twine, which dulls a knife blade rapidly. I also use it to cut tight zip ties and (in conjunction with the awl, which is very sharp) as a package opener. I've also used it to cut packaging tape on boxes where a knife would risk damaging contents.
The scissors are about average in my experience with multitools. Nothing special, but they work. Need some lateral pressure to cut fine materials.
I use the file tool more for prying than as a file, which to me is singularly ineffective.
I like having the small screwdrivers, and have used them many times. I carry a couple of hex bits in my pocket for heavier duty use.
The pliers and wire cutters work fine - I have used the latter on soft wire up to 12 gauge with no difficulty, except that I keep forgetting that there is a potential pinch point when gripping the handles for a difficult cut.
I really like the small size and light weight of the PowerPint; it can be easily carried in a pocket or clipped to the pocket top. I also appreciate that ALL of the tools lock in place when used.
My tool as it arrived had some minor fit and finish issues. The most annoying was that the pliers had a tendency to bind when opened. This eventually wore in, and it opens smoothly now. In addition, there were spots on the handles that rubbed against the plier head, wearing streaks into the finish.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Originally I was impressed with this multitool. However, with use I have discovered many flaws and gladly waiting for a new revision. My complaints are as follows.
Not made in USA
Scissors- lots of wiggle room, dull, and bind
Screw drivers- Too small, regular phillips and flathead desired
Line Cutter- Super dull
File- needs to be more aggressive

Excellent Features in a small package

This is my backup Multi-tool for my Every Day Carry setup. It carries strong medium size pliers with decent blades and features. However, my only complaint is the miniature size of the screwdrivers. I do love the size and weight with all the capability.
I would recommend this to a friend!
