Good for it’s purpose. Good for sore muscles and joints, unscrew the cap and the metal ball can be placed in the freezer separate from the holder.

Efficient Product for the right need. This product offers a great massage therapy feature while being cold enough to reduce the inflammation. It is just what I was looking for. Great quality for the price you pay

Nice little to have on hand:) It’s a great little thing to have, you wouldn’t think it would help much but it definitely does!

A true game changer. I'm a pretty active guy in the gym with occasional muscle stiffness so I ended up buying this product. I use it in conjunction with biofreeze and it truly works wonders. Can be used hot or cold but for my stiffness its helped tremendously.
