Does exactly what I need it to do

I'm using this for a rack in a small data center with only a couple servers, a small SAN, and networking gear. Has worked flawlessly. Would recommend.

Cannot Easily Download Firmware Updates

Bought this back in Dec. 2018. Ordered a network card 2 for in house management.
The Firmware Upgrade manager says I have a FW Upgrade available but when I browse for it, none of the .enc files show up until you enable all files. Then none show they are for an SMT3000. Lastly reading all the txt files they indicate some should be compatible, but the wizard says they are not. So then I go to APC to see if I can download an .ENC (firmware file) and for my model they steer towards an .MIB file which the Upgrade wizard rejects. It used to be this process took minutes to achieve on APC support, but now it takes hours and tomorrow I will call for technical support. For my own references, I have been using APC UPS' for 20+ years. After this debacle it may be time to rethink this strategy.

Updating the firmware on the SMT3000C is normally a simple process managed through the LCD or SmartConnect interface. It may make sense for you to contact our support team for further assistance.
