Awesome mid capacity size 2200VA Rackmount UPS for Small Businesses that also includes the new remote SmartConnect Software. Looks great in the rack and only takes up 2U of space. Highly recommended!

New device arrived promptly but was damaged during shipment. Quick email to support and a replacement was on the way along with a return label for the damaged one. All things considered I am happy with the product and the service.

Amazing Output Capacity for 120V!

If you’re lucky enough to have a 5-20R receptacle (which indicates it is a 20 Amp circuit, not the more common 15 Amp circuit) nearby, this thing ROCKS! When lightly loaded (100watts) it offers a runtime of 3 hours and 32 minutes. Pure sine wave output and AVR are great performance highlights, but the value of the new “SmartConnect” feature is even better. Plus, APC allows “1 Additional Year of Battery Warranty for FREE when you connect and register your Smart-UPS with SmartConnect”. An overall amazing UPS!
