Is Tactacam Censoring Content/Pics?

Concerned Tactacam might be editing my pics. Have trapped lots of predators on camera (7 separate cameras), and only once have I actually captured "the catch" on Tactacam video, supposedly.
I have pics of the predator walking right up to the trap, then. . . nothing. An hour or so later, the can send me pics of the predator in the trap but not "the catch".
It has happened too many times to be coincidence.
The cartridge is fine, by the way.

So far it is working great! The first few days I used it we had really cloudy days, but in those 10-15 minutes we had sunshine they charged up and worked like a charm!

I received the battery which was charged to my credit card. The battery works fine just like the other 6 I have brought previously. However, I didn't order this battery. I will put it in with my other spare battery now because you already sent it. I'm not sure how this battery got ordered, but please don't just send me products I didn't order.

These lithium cartridges are really a game changer. They help a lot in cold climates, especially in almost negative temperatures. And how long they last in those temperatures are incredible. And this may be a small thing to people but how fast they charge is also something TACTACAM did an amazing job on. I will always buy the lithium cartridge
