Loses one mark as marked easily. Not sure how to clean. Easy setup which mirrored my HP PC settings including passwords and favourites. Bought through work so had a discount. Good spec and slimline.

Three weeks into using my new laptop and it is as good as I expected which is very good. It is an upgrade on my previuos machine which was getting on a bit so not unexpectely this one is quicker all round though at a very good price. If there is a downside it would be the ports. I still use devices older USB connections though there are easy work-arounds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this laptop about a month ago, going.from a windows 10 laptop. There is nothing on it that makes me glad that I made the move from windows 10 as things are a lot smaller now, including the top ribbon etc. When I brought it I took out the 3 year home warranty, but I was disappointed when I received the invoice, as your agent who sold the package to me told me that it was for 4 years! I am also disappointed in the battey time, as in the product specification it says it will last up to 13 hours, but i am lucky if i can get 8 to 9 hours! I much prefer the old Window 10 laptop operating system!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, sleek and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a new laptop in 7 or so years, and am I happy that this is my upgrade! I love the backlit keyboard, it makes it easy to work in lower light. It's fast at loading up programs and the screen is crisp and sharp. It does everything I need it to, much faster than the beast I was using before. Easy to setup, charges quickly and is pretty lightweight
