Perfect Performance on Both My Switch Consoles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The truth is, this controller left me very satisfied 🎮. I tested it on my original Switch and on the Switch 2, and it works wonderfully on both. The wireless connection is stable, with no lag or disconnections, and compatibility was completely hassle free. The analog sticks respond precisely, even in fast paced games or those with quick time events (like in Mario Party or racing games in Mario Kart World), without any signs of "drift" or erratic movements. The buttons, including the triggers and the two programmable back buttons, feel comfortable, with a good "click" and no need to press hard, so my hands don't get tired even during long gaming sessions.
I found the ergonomics to be excellent: the controller fits well in the hand, provides a secure grip, and has a comfortable weight. The battery lasts a long time, allowing for many hours of continuous gameplay without needing to recharge. In my experience, this controller more than fulfills its purpose for both my old and new Switch a solid option if you're looking for a reliable and functional wireless controller.

The Donkey Kong design alone makes it stand out — the artwork is clean, bold, and feels premium, not cheap or sticker-like. It’s the kind of controller you actually want to show off.

The joysticks are smooth and responsive with zero drift so far. They have just the right amount of tension, which makes platformers and racing games feel more precise. The buttons have a satisfying click — not mushy at all — and the D-pad feels accurate, especially for side-scrolling games.

The controller has a great ergonomic grip. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy. The textured back keeps it secure during longer sessions, and my hands didn’t get tired, even after a couple of hours of Mario Kart and Donkey Kong Country.

I wasn’t expecting to love this controller as much as I do, but it’s become my go-to. Between the Donkey Kong theme, the comfort, the responsive buttons, and the long battery life, this is an easy recommendation for any Nintendo fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really deeply love this controller. Honestly, the highest quality controller I had and for a pretty good price at that. I love it. It’s sleek design. I love the image on it and how well it plays and handles. I’ve been using this for over a week and haven’t had to charge it once this is a full 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend this to any player skilled or even if you just play for a little bit once in a while.

I was worried that it would be to big for the little who's used to the standard, smaller switch control. Thankfully, he said "it's good," which is actually a compliment ha.
