Easy to install. Love the size and picture quality. As others have mentioned, sound quality could be better... somewhat thin, lacking bass. Ease of use and ability to personalize picture preferences is great

Although I was initially put off by the delay and ultimately the admitted lack of ability from the Angie dispatched installer, I ended up doing the install myself and it came out well. Where Sylvox regained my patronage was in their follow-up support. They were quick to respond and correct any and all issues. My installment fee was refunded and the missing cover is on it's way.
I do suggest that you either do the install yourself or carefully vet whoever comes to do it. I thought I was getting a professional. Instead, I got a call to Angie's List. Those quirks aside, it's nice to know that Sylvox stands ready to make it right. That goes a long way these days.
I installed my television the day I received it, and I was so pleased by the quality of the picture. Because it's a small television that I watch in my kitchen, I didn't expect much. The picture is bright, crisp and clear, and I am impressed.
Purchased to use on back covered lanai and not really easy to see screen when it’s sunny Some difficulty’s with sound. When I first turn it on I can’t get any volume so have to turn it off and back on. Then usually that does the trick. I probably will just use it in the office area of house and get something better for lanai.
I really like the TV and it is great, excellent viewing. Everyone likes it and it definitely makes a statement in my backyard at gatherings. The reason for 4 stars is that the volume could be louder. I purchased it for outdoor use and I have to add external speakers in order to hear over the natural outdoor elements. Other than that, it is a great buy and just love the color (white).
