Monitor is great, but the USB hub loses power

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Monitor is great, but the USB hub loses power when monitor wakes up after STANDBY.
USB devices that should remain energized at all times (like a USB sound card or a USB hard drive) do not work properly.
5 stars for the display, but dropping to three because of the loss of USB functionality.

I needed it to connect to my laptop, it is big enough for me to do Visio related work or i can open multiple tabs for instance Outlook Client, MS Teams and Google Chrome within the same space different coordinates of courses, i am having another lenono monitor as well, but older model, i can see the difference in colors, it is a bit heavy as the screen size is huge, will need more space due to its dimensions, apart from that it does what it needs to do, i use as an extended monitor and to play video games directly from my xbox x and duplicate screen when connected to my laptop,
