The computer is really good for basic things, like shopping and keeping up with the news. I am not technically minded and have really struggled with the "free Micro soft 365" I am not able to do anything and it keeps saying that my account is no longer active .
There is n one to talk to and I do not have the skills to asked the right questions, so I am not using the computer very much.

Had this model laptop previously in a larger size and purchased simply because it had the sd slot for my camera's media cards.
It's OK, seems to be a cheaper version of the one I had previously. But it does the job. Would have liked the option of a larger size or another model with the sd card option. I don't understand why you need to remove functions and data storage.
