Absolutely wonderful upgrade from the Flip 5. Bluetooth has a better connection, Android auto works more efficiently, and the battery life is far superior. Samsung delivers again.

I don't do a lot on my phone. Mostly text, and a little emails. I do use use Google wallet for purchases, plane and concert tickets, etc.

I post pictures of my kids on Facebook, and watch stupid videos on you tube.
I do like the google news/story feed and I find it has a lot of stories that interest me, and I do a good job of avoiding the click bait stories.

I've had the flip 6 about a month, and so far, it is faster and has as good or better reception then the S22. It syncs a lot better with my car then the S22(which dropped calls). Of course the battery is new, so it does last a lot longer. I can go up to 3 days without charging. I really love is the size, and how it fits in my hand. It is easy in my pockets, and it also is very secure in my hand. ( I got a case with a hinge cover, which provides a place to grip the phone when it's open)

The camera seems just as good as the S22 (maybe better).
It has exceeded my expectation and has been really fun.

I have been using the Z-flip line since 2020 and I have been enjoying the updates they have been going through. For my lifestyle, the Z-flip line has met my needs, like being able to fit in my pockets, the camera being able to hold itself up, the ease of watching videos without needing to prop the phone up, and using almost all my apps via cover screen, and not needing to open my phone. I like the exterior more than the flip 5 and flip 3 which is what I had previously. The matte look appears and feels better to me. There has been improvement with camera and video usage and quality. I like how there are more customization options for the cover display since I usually have more usage with that screen rather than opening the phone. The translating feature has been helpful when I'm waiting for our clinic translators to come to assist me with patients. I really hope they add more languages in the future. It also can be used in call, which is extremely helpful for my workplace. The AI portrait feature to me is a bit wonky with the end products, but it is fun to play with. You can definitely tell it is AI as some proportions look off with the end result, even with a clear picture of a face. However I don't care for that feature anyway and probably won't use it. Its more of a novelty factor to me. The yellow silicone phone case I also bought with the phone was alright. I work in healthcare so I like to regularly wipe down my phone with alcohol pads and lens cleaner after my shift. The phone case very quickly lost its grip on the phone so it slides around a lot. I will unfortunately need to get a different phone case. Other than that, its performing well for now. It was my first time utilizing the Samsung trade in and it went smoothly.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this flagship phone as it has very bad battery overheating problems. I can't have youtube and another app open at the same time or the phone overheats and closes youtube in minutes. It greatly reduces the usefulness of this phone. There are a lot of other great features, but this is a deal breaker and I will likely trade it in for a flip phone from another company or a different type of phone instead. This apparently has been a problem since at least the flip 5. I Recommend waiting to see if they fix it with the flip 7.

My first Samsung Flip, I have been a Samsung smart phone user since 2010. Have been using the Flip6 for two weeks and am not disappointed. Ungraded to this from the S22 Ultra. While this has a little less screen and no s pen, I havent really missed those things. The display on front panel is big enough for checking messages and quick replies. Closed, the size is perfect. Easy to hold or pocket. The battery lasts as well. Hopefully Ill be as happy with this phone 12 months from now. Recommend the Flip6!

Loved the phone, but had issues with the screen protector that they have up there... Had to get a replacement, because of the screen protector, because when you open and close it..It starts to crinkle in between where it fold...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought the yellow one. It's the prettiest color, and the wrinkles on the display have been completely fixed. I used the previous version, but I'm so happy to move on to the z flip 6 now.
My friend Insung also bought the same model, and he is also very satisfied with the blue color.
