not as expected

just arrived, feels top heavy so I put my 20/60V battery in it to level the tool a little better but won't stand up balanced, was expecting it to feel more like the multi tool as far as balance,weight and grip. Not sure if I want to keep, I am a very big fan of all my DEWALT tools just was expecting tool feel better in the hand

I would've given 5 stars but It really should've come with the dust bag or a cap because if your work is inside the dust just covers everything :-(

Does what it is supposed to do

The day I bought the saw I had to bring home a bunch of landscape timbers. I had to cut them in half because my car won't fit 8 footers. This saw with a fresh battery had no issue. I had to make two cuts because of the thickness. Great having a strong portable saw to cut in the parking lot. I'm so happy with this purchase.

Great Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the saw and the idea of it. Just wish Dewalt made it be 5 inch or 5.5 inch. It's nice to beable to cut 2x's but the saw cant quite cut through some pt. It's a nice second saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s to big and to heavy to be considered really Atomic. You cannot operate it with one hand, and if so, then why just not use skill saw?

Great saw for what it’s meant for

It is not meant to replace full size circular saw but cutting plywood or cutting sheathing it does exactly what it is made to do love the product. Would change the dust port to a solid attached piece but besides that no complaints
