I was waiting just for this size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I read about this saw coming out, I was excited. I own almost every Dewalt cordless tool made and wanted this size saw. Almost bought a competing brand so at least I would have a compact saw. Glad I waited! This saw is the perfect weight for this well built saw. I have cut 3/4" plywood with ease as well as 2x4 studs.the handle and balance is very comfortable. The small blade is powerful and sharp. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

Becoming my favorite saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve bought several different 20V products from DeWalt in the last six months. I’m slowly replacing my old corded tools. I wasn’t sure if this saw was a good fit as I bought their 6 1/2 Circular saw. This is now my go-to quick saw... I love it!

i figured the saw would bog out. but 20v cut thru 2x4 like paper. also size allows us to cut in tight areas on a remodel.
this tool makes my bulky dewalt cordless .obsolete. brush less 20v cordless . gets the job done and customers can judge a man by his tools Dewalt is always worked well.

I have a flexvolt saw, but since I got this saw it is reserved for heavy work. cuts everthing from plywood to 2x material. Love this little saw.

Overall excellent but respect its limitations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tool for cutting sheet goods, exterior trim, siding and other tasks where a light and nimble saw works well. Very happy with it and have even cut some 2x4 for nailers. We have used it mostly to trim PVC trim to fit, cedar shingles and to trim back some plywood on a roof addition that was left a bit long. Love the compact size
