Since I only have 7 days to activate the lifetime warranty I have to rate a product that I haven’t really tested yet. Feels solid. Came with a 2/3 charge. Says charge fully before using, so I haven’t had a chance to actually try it. I did turn it on and then off, and the vibration feels pretty aggressive with three speeds. USB A to USB C charging cord included. Device appears to charge fine on a high speed charging c to c cord, but paperwork says to only use the 5v/2a cord provided and your own cell phone power adapter. You will need a charger with USB A port.

Ileotibial band

Following (R) hip replacement almost one year ago, I still suffer from an extremely tight iliotibial band (IT band) that, in certain positions, like tying my shoes, causes me to lose my balance and make a loud snapping noise.
Surgery was immediately followed by Lazar Therapy, 12 weeks of supervised physical therapy (PT), and three times a week at-home PT that continues to this day.
My Physical Therapist used this product, and so I followed by purchasing one for myself. There seems to be increasing flexibility and coordination (without falling over) with almost daily use, twice a day, of this massage tool for just a month or so.
I sincerely hope this progress continues like I expect it will, to the point that I can swing my golf club and tie my shoe without the fear of falling over

If you do or do not exercise or work out and your muscles are very tight and sore, even stretching only helps a little, then you must use the 'Velocity' first for a few days. Then stretch slowly. And then return to the 'Velocity'. You will love it !!
