I just received it and charged it. It appears to have good vibration but I haven’t owned it long enough to know how well it’s going to work in the long run. So far so good.

I carry all my stress in my shoulders and back. This has been great to use in the evening before I go to bed. Helps me relax and just feel better. I also use it to roll on the bottom of my feet!
