Excellent for sciatica relief

I have had on and off sciatica pain for months. I purchased this massager and it has helped give me gentle relief. I only use it for a short period of time in the affected region at medium speed for relief. I have also used it on my lower back and shoulders for muscle tension. I love the size for travel dice we RV. Also the fat that it is rechargeable.

I got this for my husband for Christmas. He has recently been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and has a great deal of pain, especially in his feet. I wasn’t sure if he would like it or not, but he loves it! He says it feels really good on his poor hurting feet. It works great.

Small, but mighty

The massage roller ball is handy for carrying with you and small areas of the body. It is very strong in its vibrations. It has several levels of vibrations. It does a great job in areas that are tight. I love it and no batteries needed.
