Easy to assemble, instructions very easy to follow, very sturdy, I'm 170 lb and I'm able to do back and glute hyperextensions with no problem.

Good price point

Bench works as designed and for the price. Would have been better if it was a bit longer for stability reasons especially if you’re taller. Less risk of the front lifting when your doing sit ups. Pretty solid build and folds for easy storage. Happy with purchase

Hard to believe this smaller device provides a full-body workout. I just wish I had discovered it ten years ago! Very solid and stable for the price.

I thought it was supposed to include an exercise chart showing the different exercises but none was included.

Assembly on this unit is easy and once complete and set up it’s very stable. Allows me to hit those areas that I normally wouldn’t be able to and when I’m done, it folds up nicely to save space.
