I don't have an exact evaluation yet because I'm still trying to put it together but I will let you know it's not as easy to put together as you would think but I will repost after I get together and am able to use it.

I bought it because I really needed to get my body to work out more at home. There’s so many options to do a decent workout that I didn’t think it was possible. The instructions are super helpful and the sheet with excercises super helpful

Versatile, great value and more useful than the basic Roman chair. Very stable and I love the foot holder pads and how they self adjust when doing sit ups. Folds up nicely. Would buy again and highly recommend for core exercises. Workout chart is a great reference as well. Five stars!
