Love the ease of use and how easy it is to change from each exercise. I got it manly for back extensions but my son likes the arm pads for weight curls.

Easy to assemble and easy to use

I'm 6'4 225lbs, while some workouts could be a bit challenging to properly align myself, it still works. It's sturdy (so far). Glad I got it on a decent discount.
