Roman Chair for lower back

I noticed that my constant lower back pain would go away for a few days after I did back extensions at the gym. Since I can not get to the gym more than a few times a week, I get the same relief at home using this equipment. Very well made. Easy to use. Not unstable at all, even on a rug.

Quick to set up, works as intended. Love that it folds down for quick storage. The metal feels very well made and I think it will last a long time! Overall, very happy with the quality and price.
