Good for the money.

If you purchase this, you may be like me. Not a ton of cash, but also, just need a reliable platform for back extensions and the like. I am not a power lifter and this is in my home gym, so it meets my needs. I WOULD like to have foot platforms and a little bit beefier metal, but those models are for sale and I have this one. So, I got what I paid for so that is satisfaction enough. I would recommend for a home gym.

Did not receive Part K, which is the screw nut and washer for the chair attachment.

I haven’t tried it yet but it’s an easy set up and it comes with a few example exercises which is super helpful if you’re a beginner like me.

So far so good, easy to assemble, lightweight so it does slide around if you’re not careful. Not very stable unless placed on mat for grip.

The machine was easy to assemble, great quality at a great price. It easy to switch and adjust for specific exercises. I am amazed with how much versatility this machine offers and targets so many different areas of the body. Doesn’t take up huge amount of space in home as well. Just what I needed!
