I just put it together so can’t review it to much. It was fairly simple to put together. Seems sturdy and good but have not had a chance to use other.

Roman chair

I absolutely love the Roman chair. It’s helping me get my back, stretched out and making my core stronger. I go for walks and then when I come home, it helps me stretch out plus build more muscle in my glutes, my back and my abs.

My friend has one, and let me use it. My back was sore, so I gave it a try. It helped with my lower back soreness. Versatile machine! I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and can’t do normal push ups, this is going to help so much

Roman chair assembly

Not that difficult to assemble except that some of the illustrations were so dark that had to try several angles to get the parts to mesh.
