Good quality, easy assemble, good price points and good warranty paired with over self brand walking pad for good health journey start. Weighted vest can't hurt either.

Love incorporating this bench into my daily workouts. Being a dancer, I’ve enjoyed all the different ways I can work my core, including my back! Super sturdy, but easy to move/store. 10 outta 10.
