Paired with the watch it's amazing at keeping records of ur health and sleep patterns. U can also set it to how frequent u want it to read ur heart rate.. for people who has irregular heart rhythm or just over all health really, this is an awesome must have. It's not very flashy either. Pretty durable with constant washing hands and showering or even the pool or sauna, u don't have to worry about it breaking.

Very easy to add to my wearable app. Still playing with functions and capabilities. Love the charging case. Wish it had a bit more of a "traditional ring" feel and less bulky. Seems more tailored for a man.
