[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my time of using the Samsung Galaxy ring I have been able to get insights to personal health information regarding my stress level my heart rate possible sleep apnea to my stress levels having these pieces of information has been able to help me get deeper insights into how I need to approach things going forward in life and has helped me be able to start improving my life by monitoring what things need help I rely very heavily on my technology to help me be a better me and the days that I am wearing my Samsung Galaxy ring are the days that I feel better knowing that my information is being transmitted so I can see all the details that are accurate come up in a portfolio at the end of each day so I'm aware of how I'm doing but even when I'm not doing okay my phone is able to recognize that I need to check in on my stress level or recognizes I didn't get enough sleep and recommends to try and go to sleep earlier or if I'm feeling fine but I'm actually having a slight temperature it's able to tell me I believe in my Samsung Galaxy ring and what it does is incredible I wouldn't change anything about it if anything I'm going to be buying another one when they have the next One release the only thing that I can say that I would like is for a matte black finish again but improved so that it can get a little more beat up and day to day activities since I do a lot of Hands-On work

Great alternative to Oura, room for improvemen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for those with a current Samsung phone. I also have a Samsung watch so everything works seamlessly together and I can alternate between the watch and ring as needed. I had the Oura so was able to comoate the two. I like that there's no subscription and you don't have to pay a premium based on finish. The information isn't as complete or insightful as the Oura but I'm hoping this will happen in future releases. The Samsung is significantly more comfortable to wear and more attractive. The charging case is even a looker (although my partner wishes it came in black). Overall, this is a strong start for Samsung and can only expect that things will get better.

Great ring for the price of a normal titanium ring

Titanium rings cost the same price as galaxy ring and is well worth the price, considering all the great features that comes with it. Accurate steps/running detection as compared with a smart watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to track sleep and steps as I cannot wear my smart watch to work and am uncomfortable sleeping in my watch. It works great to track sleep and is very a curate on sleep time and steps. It stores the I formation in the ring when I don't have my phone and syncs back perfectly. It is easy to use, the charge lasts about a week and is comfortable to wear daily.

Great look, perfect health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has a great look to it. It can be worn with any outfit or attire and fits perfectly (as long as you get the right size). It tracks sleep and health patterns as you sleep and is easier to wear to bed than leaving the Galaxy watch on. My only concern is battery life, but overall, it's a great product.

Not up to the mark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon utilizing the Watch Ultra, it appears that the metrics derived from the ring are not being incorporated. The objective is to maintain the ring's tracking functionality to conserve the watch's battery life. Furthermore, the current workout tracking capabilities are not meeting the desired performance standards.
