It Works While You Sleep, Rest Assured

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Watch Ultra does everything well except tracking my sleep at night. I tried wearing it every which way and still got low sleep scores due to large gaps in recording my vitals. I bought the Samsung Ring in the hope it would do a better job. Lo and behold, it accurately tracks my various sleep stages, skin temperature, blood oxygen level, heart rate and breaths per minute for the entire time I'm asleep. Perhaps the peace of mind I have from knowing I've solved my sleep-tracking problem accounts for the uniformly "Excellent" sleep scores I've been getting lately.

Love the fact that you forget it's there, but it's working it's magic.
I have been aware of my sleep patterns and it tells me when I need to adjust.
Can't imagine not owning it anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the best option for a non-subscription based ring. You're not getting as much and as detailed of information as the other options on the market, but for not paying for a subscription it's worth it to me. If they choose to make it better without adding a subscription teir (unlikely) they would hold the crown for sure, but for now this is ok.

Great looking Ring and full of technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ring is an excellent piece of technology and style. The quality is top-notch, and I’ve really enjoyed using it in my daily routine. I especially love wearing it at night while I sleep, as well as during the day—it’s comfortable, sleek, and fits seamlessly into my lifestyle. The style and aesthetics are wonderful, and I appreciate that I can wear it on its own without needing my watch.
That said, when I do pair it with my Galaxy Watch, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the battery life. One of my initial concerns was whether the battery would hold up, but it easily lasts me almost a full week, which is impressive.
Overall, I highly recommend the Galaxy Ring. It’s stylish, practical, and reliable—and honestly, I wish I had it in all three colors it comes in!
