Using the dual probes, I was able to get both the dark meat and the white meat of the turkey perfect for the first time ever.

Used both probes on my spatchcocked Thanksgiving turkey that I cooked in the oven this time (instead of the smoker). Worked great and all the meat was cooked to perfection. Still eating sandwiches and noodles.

I can’t believe how I lived without this! Love the app on my phone, my wife can monitor it on the counter too. On Thanksgiving, I used it to monitor both the white and dark meats. I’ve recommended to my friends and to those in foodservice!

Bought to use at Thanksgiving. It performed amazingly. Controls are easy to use. Very intuitive. It's clearly well made and seems longer-lasting than other similar products I own.
I would recommend this to a friend!
